- Request for Change of Manager on the Club Liquor License issued to the American Legion, 159 Hartwell Street
- Concurrence on the appointment of Joan Trottier, 57 Newton Street to the Town Scholarship Committee effective April 20, 2011 for a term to expire on April 30, 2013
- Concurrence on the appointment of Eric Johnson, 22 Main Street, Boylston as Assistant Plumbing/Gas Inspector effective April 20, 2011 for a term to expire o n April 30, 2012
- Review & approve warrant articles & vote to close warrant for the May 16, 2011 Semi-Annual Town Meeting

- May 1 – Little League/Softball Parade, 1:00 p.m.
